Assisting an Early Return to Work

It can often help to ease your symptoms and perhaps assist an earlier return to work if the appropriate treatment is available at an early stage.

Private Treatments

In the event that physiotherapy, chiropractic or osteopath treatment will assist your recovery, we can arrange this for you privately and seek an interim payment from the defendant to cover the cost.

GP practices are generally busy and may not have the resources or funds to provide the level of treatment on the NHS without waiting. However, it is always advisable to discuss the need for treatment with your own doctor in the first instance. We can then act on their recommendation.

Accident Rehabilitation

It is necessary for liability to be accepted by the defendant before they are likely to be willing to make an interim payment. However, in the majority of cases insurance companies are prepared to assist with rehabilitation and we can ask them to fund the cost of any reasonable treatment.
